The lamp includes the base, shade, cable, and plug. Before cleaning or replacing bulbs, unplug the lamp and wipe it clean with a soft dry cloth. It is electrical class II, not suitable for use with dimmer switches, and requires 1 x GLS bulb (not included). No assembly is required.
